NVIDIA and AWS are collaborating to accelerate AI and robotics development in the cloud. This partnership integrates NVIDIA’s CUDA-Q platform with Amazon Braket, allowing for development and testing of hybrid quantum-classical workflows using GPU-accelerated simulators.
AWS has launched Trainium2, its new generation of AI chips designed for training and deploying large language models. These chips are reported to outperform current Nvidia GPUs in performance, with Trainium3 already planned for release in late 2025. Apple is reportedly using Trainium2 chips for search and evaluating them for broader use within Apple Intelligence.
